For the past two days in Advisory, my girls and Mrs. Williams' group have joined together to create Thank You and Thanksgiving cards for troops in honor of Veteran's Day later this month. Through a Calvert family, we have a U.S. military troop in Afghanistan that we will be sending our cards to. The girls had a great time showing their support of the soldiers and telling them that we at home recognize their efforts and sacrifices and appreciate what they are doing!
